1 oz dry root/pint water; 1 tsp every 3 hours; 1/2 tsp powdered seed every 44–45 hours.

Safety & Contraindications

Not covered. If it contains the same shikonins and PAs, or nearly so, as the Chinese Lithospermum, it should probably be avoided.
