General Dosage

Don’t take except with physician guidance!. Cymarin 0.6–0.9 mg ivn man/day, 2.3–2.5 mg orl man; Ouabain 0.25–0.65 mg ivn man/day, 12–48 mg/day orl man; K-Strophanthoside 0.2–1.2 mg ivn man/day, to 7.5 mg/day orl man; Toxic Dose 143 mg/man.

Safety & Contraindications

Not covered. “Health hazards not known with proper therapeutic dosages”. Side effects may include cardiac arrhythmia, headache, ophthalmia, queasiness, stupor, and vomiting. May enhance effects and side effects with calcium salts, glucocorticoids, laxatives, quinidine, and saluretics.
